I ordered Bloody Mary shrimp a couple of years ago, and they all arrived alive, and healthy a few weeks later (I ordered in the winter and they came with a heating pack). If I recall correctly, they came with a couple of extra shrimp too. The quality of the shrimp was SUPER high; they were incredibly dark, and solid, not speckly like lower grades. (I ordered shrimp from another website at the same time and the quality difference between Billy Boy's shrimp and the other website was significant. I don't even think the other website sent me Bloody Mary's. They were light red, splotchy, and came infected with worms. I was devastated). They started breeding and doing their regular shrimpy things a few weeks later.
I'm looking to order some more shrimp from here soon...the question is what color??
I orderd 10 black King Kong shrimp. They were all [DOA] dead on arrival. It took a week for them to arrive and with no heat pack I expected they would be dead. I contacted Billy boi aquatics and Bobby asked me for proof which I had in a video of the unboxing. He said he would replace them all and provide a heat pack free of charge. True to his word Bobby replaced the shrimp. Another week waiting the shrimp arrived with 2 dead and another one dying during acclamation. I contacted Bobby again and with proof in video form he refunded me for 2 shrimp as I didn't send him a video of the dead shrimp after the acclamation. My experience was very stressful and horrible for the shrimp. I won't be ordering from this company again purley because of the length of time the shimp spend traveling. Bobby was very helpful though.

I have purchased Neocaridina and Caridina shrimp from multiple LFS and online retailers and keeping planted tanks going on 20 years now. BillyBoiAquatics has the BEST shrimp EVER!
I cannot count how many online retailers or LFS I have purchased fish, shrimp, and plants over the years with success. But these Billy Boi Red King Kong are by far the BEST shrimp I have EVER received from ANYONE! BEST shrimp EVER!!!

All shrimp arrived happy and healthy
They arrived in great condition and are living well in my 55 gal. One had a little bit of fungus on their face but that has since healed. I’d buy again.
They all arrived alive. They were small enough to ship well and large enough to avoid being sucked into my HOB filter. Certainly a good price for quality shrimp.
Received timely, alive and as described
Ordered 15 to Oregon, which all arrived healthy and active. Two weeks later, still going strong and one of the largest has molted. Happy shrimp with stunning color! I would 100% order again in the future
Shipping was delayed. But the shrimp were happy and healthy. I didn’t have any losses, they are doing great in my tank, and I got extras. I’m happy with my purchase.

Order 5 and got them all +1 in lively and healthy shape! Packaged nicely so they aren’t rolling around in the box and very quick Customer service reply’s if any questions arise. Solid company would buy again!
