What can I do if I used the incorrect shipping address?

Please reach out to hello@billyboiaquatics.com immediately within 1 hour of placing your order with the order number (BBA___) and the correct shipping address. However, we cannot promise that we can change your shipping address after the 1 hour time frame. We'd recommend getting in contact with the appropriate carrier if your order has been shipped and to request a pick-up mail service.

Please make sure to always double check your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order as we will not be held liable for any DOA due to an undeliverable, insufficient, or mistaken address.

When do we restock livestock?

Livestock are restocked every 2 to 3 weeks. Some species may be harder to restock due breeding capacities, season, or availability.
