Shrimps are shipped using USPS Priority or Overnight Fish and sensitive livestock are shipped using FedEx Express Overnight or UPS Next Day Delivery
Please note that prices can change due to how much the carrier charges.
Large and fragile dry goods such as Soil, Breeder Boxes, and Nets may be shipped separately using USPS, FEDEX, or even UPS and may take 2-5 days to arrive.
In a case if an item or livestock is in your order but is out of stock, we will email you. Out of stock may happen due to livestock's health, local pick ups, or is simply missing from inventory.
Due to COVID-19, current events, and record-breaking e-commerce orders, shipping couriers are extremely busy. If a delays happens, please let us know so we can see what's going on with your order.
Order may take 1-3 days to ship depending on volume of orders. Please note, that any orders placed on Wednesday after 7:30 AM PST will be shipped the following Monday to avoid any inactivity from the weekend. This may vary.

Winter and Summer Shipping:
Temperatures swings aren't good shrimps and livestock. Some can't tolerate low and high temperature and others can get stressed and weak. Keep in mind these livestock not only get affect by your city's weather but also the weather that the packages are routed to.
During the Winter, temperatures under 40F will be held until the weather is better and safe to ship. During the Summer, temperatures over 90F will be held until the weather is better and safe to ship.
