    DOA no response

Had similar experience of last review. Ordered 15. Most arrived dead. Tried contacting several times. Ghosted.

The 4 yellow pintos I received were great, but despite sending two emails, I have not heard back about the one who didn't make it. Not only was it DOA, it was in pieces, having been caught in the folds of the bag. At least that's what I assumed the pieces were. The only identifiable piece was a tail. Beautiful shrimp, but the lack of response was disappointing.

Ordered 10 of these and they ended up sitting in the mail for almost a week due to delays. With the summer weather I thought they'd all be goners but to my surprise not only were they all alive but they were active and healthy. Good patterns on all of them. Mostly zebras but a few galaxy looking ones. Looking forward to seeing how they develop.
