E2 Pure Red Line

Years ago, Ellan Wang developed her E2 PRL linage. Pure Red Lines are Crystal Reds that will not breed out anything but Pure Red Lines. These were strictly culled and separated by Ellan's grading.

Ellan's Grading:
E1 -Thick coloration, Red legs coverage 50-70%
E2 - Thick coloration , Red legs slight to less than 40% coverage
E3 - Good coloration, banded, V bands and Tiger Tooth
E4 - Color is thin, V Bands, Bands, and Tiger Tooth

A general rule of thumb of keeping shrimps is 10 shrimps per gallon. E2 PRLs are peaceful and spend most of their time eating algae and biofilm off plants, glass, and substrate.

E2 PRLs are easy to care for as they require remineralized RO water  When using fertilizer, make sure it does not contain copper as it is harmful to the shrimp’s health.

The shrimps you will receive will be juvies to sub adults which translate into 0.47 to 0.60 inches (1.2cm to 1.5cm).
