    Dead on Arrival Policy

    We guarantee live arrivals 100%.

    Although it's rare that shrimps will arrive DOA, it does occur due to the process of shipping and the amount of stress it puts on the shrimps so we always recommend overnight shipping. In an event of an DOA, a refund or reshipment will be issued for only the DOA (not including the shipping cost).

    To Claim DOA: 

    1. You must send a picture of the DOA in an unopened bag with 2 hours of delivery to hello@billyboiaquatics.com.
    2. Send an additional picture of the DOA outside of the bag, clear enough to count if more than one.

    Never got my order

    Ordered over $200 worth of shrimp in July 2023, never received them and didn't get a refund when he said he would. Super disappointed because I've gotten shrimp from him before.

    Love my dragon babies!

    All my babies arrived alive, although one died within a couple days, the rest seem to be doing well. BB was great regarding shipping!!

    Most died within 12 hours of delivery.

    I emailed them let them know my huge order had dead shrimps and the ones that didn’t die within 24 hours died within another 48 hours. Not to mention a 100 dollar order never got filled or sent and when I asked for a refund they never responded to emails. Now after emailing for over a week and not getting a response I get a survey sent to me instead? Seriously?
